Over 5,000 house hunters registered for the first land release in the $4 billion project in The Hills’ newest masterplanned community. Sales ranged from $520,000 for a 450 sq m land lot up to $771,000 for a 702 sq m lot.

We knew with over 5,000 registrations that the weekend was going to be a busy one and it did not disappoint. To sell over 95% of our lots in the first land release clearly shows that the community has embraced our vision to create a thriving new address in North West Sydney’s flourishing Hills district.
“A mix of home buyers purchased in the project including first home buyers, families, downsizers and investors. In some cases we had families purchasing up to five homes in this release to live close to each other. Purchasers came from across the North West including Kellyville, Blacktown and The Ponds as well as broader Sydney area.”
He added, “It was also the first time a developer had used a priority number system combined with an auction method to sell a major land parcel. Over one third of the land released was via auction with the reserve prices published prior to the weekend. House purchasers welcomed the auction idea which gave everyone equal opportunity to purchase a land lot.”
This sustainable new residential community will comprise over 4,000 dwellings, a proposed large lake central to the development, a 5.5 hectare town centre, active and passive open spaces, a school, new roads and associated infrastructure.
The project is within a 10 minute commute from Rouse Hill Town Centre, the future Rouse Hill train station on the North West Rail Line and Schofields train station. Sydney’s CBD is an approximate 45 minute drive from The Gables.
