Celestino bought into the Bays Precinct redevelopment area in 2015 with the purchase of a 3,000m2 site at 31-35 Bank St, Pyrmont. A waterfront site, along from the Sydney Fish Market and next to Hymix Concrete, it is currently leased as commercial premises.
We are preparing high level development options for a mix of commercial, retail and residential. We are liaising with UrbanGrowth NSW to ultimately collaborate to reach a development outcome acceptable by all stakeholders in the Bays Precinct.
Bank St Pyrmont is likely to be developed around 2019 as the first stage of the Bays Precinct redevelopment.
