The Gables offered 52 lots exclusively to its database on Saturday 16 July with over 50% of the lots being deposited that weekend.
Celestino Sales Director, Jason Keen says the sales results show there is demand for large blocks in masterplanned communities in The Hills Shire. These astute buyers who are getting in early know The Gables is delivering on the vision and promise of great amenity, whilst being closely connected to all of that the North West can offer.

Launched less than twelve months ago in August 2015, The Gables has already exceeded expectations, selling close to 500 lots.
