As The Gables approaches its 4th birthday later this month, we have been privy to strong results with August 2019 recording an uplift of 81% in enquiry and five times the amount of sales on its house and land and land only packages in comparison to the same period last year.   

With more than 330 homes occupied with first home buyers and local upgraders showing a high level of interest in the vision and proven quality of the community. Recent sales include a variety of house and land packages and land only lots from 450sqm to 700sqm. 

Celestino Development Director Matthew Scard said quality masterplanning reaps long-term investment benefits for purchasers. 

“The Gables already has excellent amenities with cycleways, parks and open spaces, three playgrounds and an ongoing calendar of community events.” 

“Our level of investment and commitment to our long-term vision has not changed despite market fluctuations. In May we commenced work on The Gables’ four-hectare lake and we are well progressed with plans for the future town centre.” 

With The Gables now coming to life in front of the newly refurbished sales centre, buyers can see 3D models, plans and flythrough videos at the same time as sweeping views of the growing community. While the lake – the largest in The Hills – is expected to be completed in early 2020.
