Sydney Science Park is located in the strategic ‘Western Sydney Priority Growth Area’ at Luddenham; only 3km north of the Western Sydney (Nancy Bird Walton) Airport which is due to open in 2026.
It has easy access to the M4 and M7 motorways and is close to other major business districts; 35 mins to Parramatta, 39 mins to Macquarie Park and, with the completion of the WestConnect, only 45 mins to the Sydney CBD.
The NSW and Commonwealth Governments have committed to fund and deliver Stage 1 of Metro West – the North-South corridor from St Marys to the aerotropolis, through Sydney Science Park, by 2026.
The NSW Government is currently finalising the route selection for Metro West as well as the new Outer Sydney Orbital (M9) and Airport Motorway (M12). These pieces of vital infrastructure will service Sydney Science Park.
