It all started in 1916 when Celestino Baiada arrived in Australia from the Mediterranean island paradise, Gozo. With a keen eye for opportunity he rolled up his sleeves and built a poultry business from scratch. Today that business produces chicken products that feed nearly 40% of Australian families under the iconic brands of Steggles and Lilydale Chickens.

Celestino Baiada also appreciated the value of land. Famously stating, “If you can, buy land because they’re not making any more of it”. For the past ten years we have been rolling up our sleeves and working on the masterplan, vision and rezoning of key development projects in areas such as Western Sydney and South East Queensland.
